To make this adorable treat, dawnrocks cut the tops off chocolate cupcakes, added a layer of pink frosting, punched a heart shape using a cookie cutter, then replaced the top onto the cupcake. She filled the heart with more frosting to create a beautiful color combination of dark brown and pink.
